Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any third-party vendor; for example delivery companies, etc.: Due to any failure resulting in any damages during their shipping and handling.

Any issues of damages or undelivered items caused by the shipping company used will be handled directly between the individual who placed the order and the delivery company.
